Send us the property link, and we’ll take a close look. We’ll review the location, the photos, the description, and the asking price — and let you know if anything stands out, good or bad.

You’ll receive a short written summary in English, with our honest opinion on whether the property deserves a closer look or if you should move on. You can send us up to 3 listings.

We’ll contact the seller or agent by phone for each listing you send (up to 5). We’ll ask key questions about the property, the condition, the legal status, the surrounding area, and any other concerns you may have.

You’ll receive a summary report in English with everything we learned — honest, clear, and to the point.

If we’re unable to reach the seller, you can replace that listing with another one.

Can’t make it to France? We’ll go for you.

We personally visit the property on your behalf — anywhere in France. We take detailed photos of the interior and exterior, assess the surroundings, and look for potential issues or red flags that wouldn’t show up in a listing.

After the visit, you’ll receive a full report in English with photos, observations, and our honest opinion. It’s the next best thing to being there yourself.
